4. Look after yourself
Keep yourself as fit and healthy as possible. Try to improve your general health and mental wellbeing by regular physical exercise, a good diet, plenty of sleep and balanced lifestyle choices between stress and relaxation.
5. And if all else fails….see your GP
There are medications that are also prescribed often for joint health, including a variety of pain medications and anti-inflammatories. However, I would try to keep to these for when you really need them and on a temporary basis.
