1. Being tired is not the same as being fatigued. At. All.
When someone with fatigue says they’re tired, they don’t mean they’re tired.
They probably have some kind of pain (joint or muscular), a terrible headache, nausea, flu-like symptoms, and brain fog – finding it difficult to concentrate and form or hold onto thoughts. And they probably have IBS too, which, let’s face it, is a pretty dire situation if you happen to be at work (thank god for VIPoo!).
Basically, it’s all a bit more s*** than just feeling like we could do with a power nap.
