Heel To Toe:
Using your thumb or knuckles, apply firm pressure to the instep of your foot. Slowly work from the heel towards the toes. Upon reaching the toes, gently work each toe individually – squeezing and rubbing the surface of each toe. After working each toe individually, grab all toes with one hand and stretch them up and down. Repeat with other foot.
Rock The Cradle:
Using your thumb or knuckles, apply firm pressure to the bottom of your foot. Slowly massage the entire bottom surface of the foot, working from your heel to your toes. Gently roll the knuckles across the bottom surface in a rocking motion. Repeat with other foot.
